The W-O-V constant temperature heating and cooling circulation tank is a heating and cooling system designed and manufactured specifically for double-layer glass reactors. Its working principle is: when the heat transfer oil needs to cool down after circulating and heating to the required temperature for the reaction, it is switched to circulate the oil to a closed heat exchange system for cooling. | |||
| Regarding the explanation of the cooling oil tank: The W-O-III double oil tank structure is a primary product developed by our factory in 2000. After 2003, our factory launched the W-O-V improved type, which is a patented product independently developed by our factory with independent intellectual property rights. Compared to the old model, the W-O-V type cooling is more convenient and safer for glass. For example, if the reaction temperature is 180 degrees, the hot oil tank is 180 degrees, while the cold oil tank is 25 degrees. When cooling is required, the temperature difference is 180-25=155 degrees, which is too large compared with the cold and hot shock of the glass reaction kettle, and is very easy to cause the glass reaction kettle to burst due to sudden changes in cold and heat. | |||
